A fit-out can affect DAS performance across the whole building, not only the floors where the work is happening. Without a performance snapshot taken before works begin, there is no way to prove what caused a coverage issue, or who is accountable for fixing it.

Our Pre & Post Fit-Out Works service is structured around three clearly defined visits, each with a specific purpose and a documented outcome for every party involved.
Site Survey & Briefing
We attend site as early as possible in the project planning process, alongside the fit-out contractor. We walk the space, review the DAS layout, identify which antennas are at risk, and document the existing infrastructure before any planning is locked in.

Pre-Work Testing & Make Safe
Before a single ceiling tile is touched, our RF engineers run a full RF Walktest and PIM Test on the DAS sectors serving the works area. Antennas within the works zone are professionally removed and made safe. You receive a detailed performance report, your documented baseline.

Reinstatement & Post-Work Testing
Once the fit-out is complete, we return to reinstall every antenna in its original position and repeat the full RF Walktest and PIM Test. The resulting report confirms whether the works have had any measurable impact on DAS performance across the building.

RF Walktest and PIM testing are charged once per project and shared across the two testing visits. Antenna work is charged per visit. All prices are ex GST and include project management and written reporting.

Visit 1 is a one-off, fixed-price survey and briefing regardless of building size.
RF Walktest (per project)
Charged once per project and split across the two testing visits. Floor-by-floor mapping across Telstra, Optus and TPG.
PIM Testing (per project)
Charged once per project and split across the two testing visits. Interference check on the DAS sectors serving the works area.
Antenna Count (per visit)
Charged per visit, removal at Visit 2 and reinstall at Visit 3.
NSW & QLD · Up to 8 floors · Up to 3 sectors · Up to 8 antennas
Estimate only, confirmed on quote. RF Walktest and PIM testing are charged once per project and shared across Visits 2 and 3. Antenna work is charged per visit. Sites outside NSW and QLD use a desktop survey for Visit 1 and may be subject to mobilisation costs by location.
