Ceiling works, new partitions, relocated services and construction materials all change how RF signals move through a building. A fit-out can affect DAS performance across the whole building, not only the floors where the work is happening. Without a performance snapshot taken before works begin, there is no way to prove what caused a coverage issue, or who is accountable for fixing it.

Our Pre & Post Fit-Out Works service is structured around three clearly defined visits, each with a specific purpose and a documented outcome for every party involved.
Site Survey & Briefing
We attend site as early as possible in the project planning process, alongside the fit-out contractor. We walk the space, review the DAS layout, identify which antennas are at risk, and document the existing infrastructure before any planning is locked in.

Pre-Work Testing & Make Safe
Before a single ceiling tile is touched, our RF engineers run a full RF Walktest and PIM Test on the DAS sectors serving the works area. Antennas within the works zone are professionally removed and made safe. You receive a detailed performance report, your documented baseline.

Reinstatement & Post-Work Testing
Once the fit-out is complete, we return to reinstall every antenna in its original position and repeat the full RF Walktest and PIM Test. The resulting report confirms whether the works have had any measurable impact on DAS performance across the building.

Pick your state, building size, DAS sectors and antenna count to estimate the full three-visit program. RF Walktest, PIM testing and antenna works are each charged once per project and split evenly across the two testing visits. All prices are ex GST and include project management, written reporting and standard mobilisation.
Project State (Visit 1 Survey)
Visit 1 is a fixed-price survey and briefing. In-person walkthrough for NSW and QLD, desktop survey for all other states. Testing prices below update to your state.
RF Walktest (per project)
Charged once per project and split across the two testing visits. Includes project management, reporting and standard mobilisation. Floor-by-floor mapping across Telstra, Optus and TPG.
PIM Testing (per project)
Charged once per project and split across the two testing visits. Interference check on the DAS sectors serving the works area, report included.
Antenna Count (per project)
Covers both removal at Visit 2 and reinstatement at Visit 3, charged once per project and split across the two visits. Antenna works are completed alongside the walktesting.

Estimate only, confirmed on quote. Testing and antenna charges are per project, shared evenly across Visits 2 and 3. Pricing assumes business hours with a maximum of 8 hours on site and standard mobilisation; variations apply if exceeded. Flights, car hire and equipment baggage for interstate jobs are all additional charges to the current quote.
