Return Material Authorisation (RMA) Request Form
Please read following instructions and terms carefully.
Packaging
Please place an approved copy of the RMA Form with the package. Products should be appropriately packed to avoid damage during shipment please choose a sturdy box and foam. Damage or loss during shipment is sole responsibility of the customer.
RMA#
RMA/ Job number is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. Any returned product without a valid RMA number will be refused.
Shipping Details
Only the products specified in the approved RMA request will be processed. Please return all repairs/returns to 14 Depot Road, Mortdale NSW 2223
Shipping Cost
Warranty repairs – the customer is responsible to cover the freight cost to and from Digicom Wireless.
Non-warranty repairs – the customer is responsible for the cost of the shipment to and from Digicom Wireless.
